This Week I Learned
For 1.5 years I’ve been writing an internal “This Week I Learned” blog where I work, Teamwork.com. This all started when I had a hankering to make continuous learning and sharing part of my life, and I vaguely recalled someone doing something like this at my much-loved former employer, Atlassian. Thanks for the inspiration, whoever you were. 😁
Every week I post one little thing that I’ve learned during the week. This keeps me learning something interesting each and every week, and forces me to make my thoughts coherent enough to write down for others. I’ve been really enjoying it, and I think that it’s part of my life now, so I’m going to bring it out into the world.
My micro-blog-entries are all bite-sized and I usually post them on a Friday, so they (hopefully) make good Friday afternoon reading when you’re ready to start winding down but also looking for something intriguing.
By theme they’re mostly about software, but I do throw in some unexpected ones every now and then. Happy reading!
